Sometimes you may get the answer that there are no issues found, even if the connection isn't what you expected. You are welcome to give us a call and to give us the code in the app so we can double-check or explain the limitations a WiFi connection has. The issues could be due to the household itself, depending on floor plan and neighbouring WiFi networks.
