Reporting an issue

If you need to report an issue then we will need the following information:

Information needed for troubleshooting.

  • Customer number
  • Social security number
  • Street address
  • IP-address
  • The MAC-address on your router
  • Which lights are lit on your router
  • You can find your customer number here.
  • The social security number your subscription is connected to.
  • The street address your subscription is connected to.
  • You can find your IP-address on Min IP.

If you want to try troubleshooting at home first then you can try the steps below. You may otherwise need to do these steps when in contact with our customer support.

Common solutions to most technical issues

  • Restarting your router
  • Checking the cables
  • Trying the connection with a different cable
  • Factory reset of your router
  • Plugging something else to the internet port 
  • Unplug the power supply for about 10 seconds
  • Make sure all cables are properly plugged in
  • Test a new cable
  • Check your routers manual for how to do a factory reset
  • Try connecting a different router or your PC directly to the broadband plug.
