The cancellation period for a new or upgraded service is usually a month from the date you first contacted us. If your services are included in your rent and you receive no bills from us directly then there is no cancellation time.
Please note that subscriptions purchased prior to May 2014 have a cancellation period of one calender month, in other words your subscription will be cancelled to the end of the next month.
