You can contact us anytime about cancelling your subscription with us by contacting our Customer Support over the phone, via email, or with our online chat. You will receive your notice of termination through the post or via your registered email address. Please include your social security number or your customer number so we can help you as easily as possible, and be sure to include the date you wish to cancel your services to!
Moving your subscription.
If you are moving house then there's a good chance that you will be able to move your subscription with you! You can check by searching for your new address here. If you would like your services moved, please contact Customer Support.
Cancellation during a contract period.
You can cancel your services even if you have a binding contract by paying the remaining contract period. You can also transfer the contract by filling in a transfer form and sending it in to us via post or email. Please note that emailed forms must be scanned in to be accepted.
